Excellent service, friendly staff, very clean and well located. The fitness club is very convenience for guests, also the MBK shopping centre were we can buy souvenirs, jewelry and food court. The pool and jacuzzi are amazing.More

Exceptional hotel,that always feel like a home away from home. I always stay here when I am in Bangkok since 2012.
The Club Lounge facilities are excellent especially the Club Lounge managers who make every guest feel welcome and are happy to ensure all guests needs are met. Khun Pinyaporn as one of the Club Lounge managers in particular is very professional and greets all guests with a warm smile.
The rooms are excellent and of a high presentation and 10/10 for cleanliness. The location is very convenient in the heart of the city near many shopping centres and the BTS skytrain.
I have always enjoyed my stays at this hotel from the easy check in and booking process (Khun Niramon one of the assistant managers is very helpful and taking care of of my bookings), to the welcoming feel, food and guest amenities.
Would highly recommend!
