Staff behavoiur was OK, room was clean; but they did not allow us just for 10 min before checkin where my wife was 7 months pregnent and suffering heavy backache they said wait at reception.
it is good location for Indra square street marketing and close this many indian Restaurent.
During our stay for 11 nights in this hotel we have experienced excellent front office staff(Nook, Bow and Lek). Amazing hygienic rooms and very good breakfast buffets. The staff are very kind and welcoming and made our stay pleasant.
-Hotel staffs are very accommodating (Lek,Bow,Nook).
-Room is clean and spacious, with kettle, hair dryer, USB charging sockets, refrigerators and etc.
-I ordered Pad Thai and it's excellent. Must try!
The staff in My Hotel Pratunam are very kind, helpful and accommodating.. especially "LEK" thank you so much.. we had a great stay in My Hotel Pratunam. The rooms are clean and very comfortable..💯💯💯

First time in Bangkok... so far for me it's the best hotel... clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating... the food is very delicious especially the grilled chicken teriyaki... it is just a walking distance from shopping malls and market.
