Really enjoyed a few macchiatos here while in Addis. There is plenty of hype around this place, so I was expecting a letdown but I did enjoy the macchiatos!

When in Addis definitely stop by tomoca for coffee or a macchiato (my favorite) and bring home some bags of coffee. There's a few locations around Addis but the original one has been there since the 1950s and is definitely worth a visit to see the coffee roasting process and get a feel for the coffee culture of the city.

Had a great coffee here. There are several locations. Good price and an overall interesting experience. There was limited seating so we stood at one of the tables.
The smells of the roasting coffee were amazing.
We will most likely be back again before the end of our trip.
