We booked Nkue through Viator for the airport transfers tour of the falls and the sunset cruise. We were met at the airport with a friendly smile and a welcome bottle of water much needed after taking over an hour to clear immigration. The trip to the Falls was magical but ensure you have a waterproof and cover for your camera as you will get wet. We also had a game drive organised at the last minute. Many thanks Nkue we had a great time and your company and information was invaluable.

Did a tour of Vic Falls with Nkue and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. There was a slight mix up on my pick up time but called Nkue and he was there to get me within 10 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and a true pleasure to do the tour with.

We booked over the internet for a morning tour.

£14.50 per person plus park fees. They forget to tell you that the park fees are $30 per person.

I called the company from the hotel to confirm our pick up time as we were booked on the 0600 to 0900 tour. Now don't get me wrong, but I challenged him several times when he said pick up at 0800. Something lost in translation there.

The package should have included a bottle of water, a craft market, a food stop, and a visit to the famous large tree. None of that transpired.

Koo took us to the poncho/coat hire place. $3 each.

The rain arrived up state three weeks early. Victoria Falls was booming.

The sights were absolutely spectacular, we saw some and missed a lot more due to the mist.

We got absolutely drenched. The ponchos were practically useless.

The mist made the trip. Mist vertically upwards, downwards and horizontal. You couldn’t miss getting soaked.

NOT RAIN but mist. Cameras had to be put away.

If you do this tour on a good day with little water you will miss our experience but get lots of photos.

Please consider clothing. We were told trainers shirts and shirts.

Wrong, they are now drying! Flip flops or sandals would do, it’s about 4km.

A waterproof cover for cameras would be perfect. A wet bag for camera and valuables is needed.

Now all these could have been provided, indeed, in other countries they would have been.

For that reason and the lack of the extra bits I give this an average rating. A bit more care would have given it a very good one.

Koo was delightful and informative.

We booked the airport transfer with Nkue (Itondolo) and he welcomed us on a hot day at the airport with ice cold towels to refresh us and cool bottled water. He made our getting settled in Victoria Falls very easy after a long flight. He then picked us up at our preferred time to return. He also gave us tips on the way to get us oriented. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic time doing a 2-week tour of Zimbabwe with guides Nkue and Sisa in November 2017. Went to Victoria Falls, Hwange National Park, city of Bulawayo and its great natural/cultural history museum, Matopo Hills National Park, ancient city of Great Zimbabwe, and Nyange National Park in eastern highlands. Saw lots of wildlife and learned so much about the people, cultures, and history of this wonderful country. Nkue and Sisa were fantastic guides who were so knowledgeble and fun to travel with. They took care of us like family. Nkue did a wonderful job of planning out the whole itinerary for us to suit our needs, including plenty of extra activities to choose from. The whole trip was well organized and all went smoothly. We stayed in top-notch accommodations that were all western-standard, clean, comfortable, had friendly and helpful staff, and served good food. I would highly recommend Zimbabwe as a great vacation destination and Intodolo Safaris and Tours as the company to use to make all your arrangements. Nkue also made arrangements for us to spend a week camping in Botswana using Tony Mobile Safaris based in Kasane, Botswana. We camped in Chobe National Park, Savuti, and Moremi Game Reserve and saw every kind of wildlife possible, including lots of elephants and lions. It was fantastic to go on multiple game drives a day and be right there in the parks with wildlife even coming into our camp. Tony and his staff did a great job of providing nice camping accommodations, including a shower, cooking excellent food, making sure we were well cared for and safe, and providing us every opportunity to see the variety of wildlife we were hoping for. Thanks to Nkue for connecting us with this opportunity. I will defiinitely be using Intodolo Safaris on my next trip. And wonderful to help support local businesses!
