Without a doubt it is stunning inside and the views are among the best in Fes. The rooms are also super cute. But the real reason to come to Riad Fes Maya is the service. Anna is always ready with a smile and is beyond helpful (we also don’t think she ever sleeps or goes off duty) and so is Hamid. Good food too! Highly, highly recommended.

This is honestly the best Riad in Fes. Anna and Hameed are so incredibly helpful. The terrace is gorgeous and does lovely food. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The entire lobby area is stunning. Must stay here. It’s fabulous

Excellent hotel in a nice place. Very clean. Friendly staff. They go out of their way to make you happy. Anna and Hamid are the best hosts.their breakfast is really good. Rooms are large and clean.
Highly recommended.

It was a delight for us to find out upon arrival that our room was upgraded. Our receptionist Anna was genuinely caring for the quality of our stay and we received top class service for our rooftop dinner. The building itself is worth a visit but the people are phenomenal on a totally different level. If you are coming to Fes, you can’t miss this riad and the experience it offers.

This was, hands down, the most remarkable accommodation I have ever stayed at. I can't really compare it apples to apples to a regular hotel, but I have to say, it is even better than some traditional hotels I've stayed at! And by far, the best stay we had in Morocco.
The location is great. Just a short walk from the Medina and the Souks, but not so close that you felt you were caught in the middle of it all. About 6 minutes walking from a parking lot - we didn't need it, but if you have a car, this is a convenience I'm sure.
The Riad is stunning. Beautifully designed and decorated, with gorgeous detail and lovely vibe throughout. The view from the rooftop terrace is unmatched in that city. After spending a hectic and busy day around Fes and the Medina, retreating to this wonderful oasis is so needed and welcomed! They offer a spa, although we did not use the services, just sitting on the roof drinking tea and having cookies was relaxation enough.
The room is exquisite. We had one of the larger suites, and we are glad we chose it. Very spacious and comfortable, with heating in the room itself - a much needed necessity as we were there in February. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom had all the amenities we needed, and then some.
The staff. Where to begin? The most delightful people we met in Morocco. The staff at our hotel in Marrakech were amazing, but the staff in Fes - wow. They were so kind and accommodating, we really couldn't ask for more. Even when we had to leave before breakfast, they would either have everything prepared for us in advance, or would pack us a to-go bag with all the fixings. They really went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel at home in every way. I wish I could remember their names to call them out specifically, but it was a beautiful and nice lady at the counter, with her doorman counterpart, and the young man on the terrace who would bring our tea. Just a delightful bunch and I can't rave about them enough.
We would 100% stay here again and I highly recommend this Riad to all travellers in Fes!!
