I spent 2 nights here in this riad. We were so amazed with the decor details in the main hall and even the rooms! And also the fantastic service from anna and the staffs. They were very welcoming and helpful from start when we arrived. I really recommend this place if you are planning to stay in Fes!

The Riad was a little slice of Moroccan sanctuary. Pulling up late at night I left the taxi with a little trepidation as the surroundings of white washed walls and narrow side alleys could have been anywhere - but don't let this deceive you. The hostess had stayed up late to greet us and, opening up a beautifully worked cedar wood door, she led us in to the breathtakingly stunning riad. From that point on the staff have been nothing but welcoming, courteous and have assisted us with every request without ever being pushy. The location of the riad is perfect - only a few minutes walk to the Place R'Cif and the old Medina. Having taken up the kind offer of a complimentary walking tour round the Medina I was extra pleased with the location as it meant that it was always easy to navigate back to- the Medina itself is a labyrinth. (This is a completely free tour as the guide didn't even hang around for a tip but it's worth taking at least 20d/person for one of the sites) It's also away from the hustle and bustle so feels completely safe. The rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious and comfortable (for winter travellers this includes the use of a very good heater too, so you can stay nice and snug during the cooler evenings). The rooftop terrace also has an enclosed area so even being winter you are able to take in the view across the city which is something to behold - particularly the spectacular red and purple sunsets overlaid by the evening call to prayer creating a sense of desert magic. Breakfast has been simple but tasty and filling - pancakes, fruit, bread and yoghurt. All beautifully presented. We've booked in for our last dinner with the riad and the menu looks good with a nice range of traditional dishes. (Of note is that portion sizes so far in Fes are BIG and have found that there's still plenty left over sharing one meal between two - especially when ordering the set meal deal from riads). Also worth noting this riad has good accessibility as it has a lift. Would most definitely recommend staying here for anyone travelling to Fez.

We landed there for dinner, upon recommendation from our own Riad. The Canadian man says it was the best chicken pastilla he had in Morocco. As classic Moroccan, we were extremely well attended to. The place is beautiful and I kinda wished we had stayed there; it sits just outside the Medina which in Fez I found too claustrophobic. I asked to see a room but they were all booked. I would bet they are quite lovely.

I came here just for a tea on the terrasse but it was sooo nice that I stayed for hours. To say the building is beautiful is and understatement, it makes you humble with its countless tiles and structures, just reflecting on the amount of time that has gone inside it makes you feel so tiny and insgicnificant.
Then you reach the beautiful big terrasse and have an all-around view of Fès. Doesn't get better then this.

It’s a great place to stay, nice food and service. Great hammam and message, recommended. Beautiful architecture. Breakfast on the rooftop is great. Beautiful room and very fast WiFi connection. Five minutes walking from the blue gate.
