This place is a little gem. A beautifully restored 14th century raid with 9 suites done with exceptional detail. Anna and the team are so nice, friendly and helpful. They also hooked us up with a great guide (Habeeb, the professor) who took us to all kinds of interesting places in the Médina which we would never have found on our own. Also, I don’t think my wife and I have slept so well in a long time. The hammam is nice and the message excellent. A very unique experience and highly recommended.

The staff was so helpful. Anna was the sweetest host ever. She work endless hours to greet us at midnight and was up with us first thing to see if we needed anything. She helped arrange people to walk us to the restaurants and rig shops we wanted to visit. She was outstanding and one of the best hosts we’ve encountered. Hamid was super kind also and helped with anything we needed. The other stuff were great too. The woman who did the Hammam was great as well!

The place was nicely located, just outside the shopping area of the Médina. No walking with luggage through the Médina. Just a few feet from where a car can drop you.

The decoration was really nice. Great hot water and again the location really worked for us since we were bringing some heavy bags.

We experienced the best of Fes, beginning with our stay at this wonderful Riad. The room was comfortable, the food was outstanding, and the care from the staff was absolutely first rate. The wait staff was great, with Fatima, Latifa, and Hamid taking special care of us. Anna, the manager, expertly anticipated our needs, from restaurant reservations, to tour assistance...and the spa treatment was the ultimate treat! All in all an incredible stay and a great intro to Fes. We’ll be back!
