We travelled with family of 4. Selected this Riad on the basis of trip advisor reviews and the stunning pictures and trst me you will not be disappointed. It looks exactly like the pictures. The location is very convenient. The public parking is just 2 mins walk.
Inside the Riad is like a relic of an era bygone.
The rooms are spacious. it is near the main road so expect some noise esp early in the morning but that is part of the experience of staying in the medina. The medina is very close. The ameneties inside the room are comfortable and can be made better by putting coffee pods for the expresso machine or bathroom slippers, pens etc
the bathrooms showers and taps are a bit dated but afterall it is a 14th century riad painstakingly renovated to the current day splendour.
The staff are very polite, graciuos and always eager to assist in anyway possible. Anna is personally making sure yur needs are looked after. She works tierlessly. She made esp effort just to make some snacks as our girls were not in the mood for a big meal.Hamid is very helpful. Overall a lovely and highly recommended placeMore
