We have been there twice in the last 3 weeks & a few time prior & I am looking forward to going back. The dangerous part of this restaurant is I try not to eat much beef but you cannot avoid it here. In the last visit I ordered the Bife a la Criolla, I could feel my cholesterol level rising as I ate it but, damn, it was good! The prior visit I ordered the Costillar, it was huge, excellent & I can't believe I ate it all but I couldn't stop. My wife ordered much lighter, salads, soups & appetizers & they were equally as enjoyable so you don't have to be a beef eater to enjoy the restaurant. The service was very good, which is unusual in Guatemala including in many fine restaurants. Very good service, excellent food & a very nice environment. I hope you enjoy your dinner as much as I did.
