Beautiful. Natural. Relaxing. Excellent recreational activities- tubing, caves, waterfalls. Wonderful staff- feel more like friends. Great for both millennials who want to drink and families.

Meals are communal. You pretty much sit with a different group every day. It has a special camp feel to it. I had a lot of fun talking to all the guests about each activity and helping each other decide which ones we should do the next day. Good drinks.

It really feels like a getaway from real life and cities. I thought we were just getting a room but it was a private cabin with a porch and hammocks surrounded by jungle. Bathroom was clean and updated. They even placed flowers on the towels.

Room tip: Maybe try and get a tree-house, but they're all great.

Magnificent accommodation up many stairs at the Rain Forest tree tops level. This is part of the Ian Andersen's Cave Branch Resort (so check those reviews), but is specifically for the "tree houses" accommodation. Not for you if you don't like stairs (I stopped counting at around 150). The room is unbelievable and you feel like you are alone in the tree tops of the rain forest. There is a regular balcony plus a roof top balcony with a spa bath as well as outdoor and in door showers. There is no air-conditioning and the whole front lounge area is open and protected only by insect mesh screening. The wild life and birds completely surround you. The resort grounds are well maintained with a pool, orchid house, cheese house and tropical gardens. Meals are communal with allocated seating at shared tables so you get to meat different people each day. This gives the resort a friendly, relaxed, communal feel. The food is served buffet style and was plentiful, varied and tasty. Vegetarians are very well catered for. The staff and service were the best that we experienced in Belize and they made us feel welcome and valued. The activities were extremely efficiently organised and the guides were knowledgeable, well trained and fun to be with. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough and will definitely be returning (even with the long ad difficult journey time form Europe)

It was confusing since we booked through VivaBelize that they called this booking Belize Tree House but it's really the same as Ian Andersen's Caves Branch. I wrote the review there. Wonderful experience!

We loved our visit! The staff was great. We were upgraded our second night to the tree houses. We loved our stay!
While there, don't miss the gardens. I learned so much about orchids.
Activity wise- we climbed the waterfalls and went horseback riding. Both were great fun

We stayed at the top tree house and loved it. It is challenging though if you cannot climb stairs.....a lot of them. 150 to the tree house. The view was amazing. The staff is wonderful and there is tea/coffee service for the tree houses. They will do everything for you.
We heard and saw the howler monkeys, and saw over 40 species of birds. Aracari landed in the trees right by our porch.
It is all inclusive and you are really a captive audience there. The food is amazing. They make their own artisan cheeses on property and you can do a tasting tour.
We did the River Cave tour, but there are several that are also part of the package. Wonderful way to meet a lot of people who also love adventure. I highly recommend it, but caution you that there is no AC, TV, Wifi. It is a way to disconnect for a bit and enjoy all that God has created.

Room tip: Do the tree houses, a lower one if you can't climb a lot of stairs.
