We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Lighthouse Beach Villas. We came with our family of five for spring break and stayed in one of the three bedroom units overlooking the beach. The room had everything we needed so we were able to buy groceries and cook some breakfasts and lunches while enjoying the huge covered deck overlooking the water. The views are stunning! Our kids were all comfortable in their bedrooms and we had more than enough room to spread out, but all utilize the shared spaces which had plenty of room for all five of us.

As far as the people and amenities of the property go, we could not have been more pleased! The communication from the ladies in the office was outstanding as we were preparing for our trip. They helped us reserve a golf cart for the week (it's an absolute MUST to have if you want to make trips to San Pedro for meals and activities). They also helped us to reserve multiple excursions including snorkeling, a dinner cruise and parasailing. Glori and Diana were so helpful and answered so many of our questions, they truly helped to make sure we got the most out of our trip!

It's helpful to note that this property does not have a restaurant but there are several places well within walking distance including Pelican Reef for breakfast and lunch, Somewhere South for all three meals, Happy's for lunch and dinner and the Black Orchid for a dinner on the nicer side. In San Pedro we also loved the Bluewater Grill, Angler's Seafood and do not miss the chance to have a stuffed fry jack at the Fry Jack House. One of the best things on the whole island!

No review of this property would be complete without giving a HUGE shoutout to the bartender Rob. Many of these reviews mention him, but I promise you that you have never met a more personable, more likable and more caring bartender than him. He's there from morning until at least dinnertime and gave us such a personalized experience that everyone in the family, including the kids, just loved everything about him. Of course he makes some fantastic island drinks, but we felt so welcomed by him that his presence alone could have made this property a 10/10!

Thanks to everyone at this property for taking such good care of us, we travel quite a bit and this was one of the best vacations we've ever had!

This place is heaven from the facilities, staff, owners. You will not find a better place than this. Beautiful, well maintained, friendly, helpful well equipped, relaxing. Rob makes some of the best cocktails, perfect every time. His culinary skills spot on. You want to do anything; fish, snorkel just ask Glori and her staff, they will make it happen in a flash. If you get to meet the owners you will understand why this place is like Paradise. Kind, complementary to staff they mingle with their visitors it is like a big family. We’re are returning this fall and I hope many more times.

Glori is incredibly helpful and the villas are amazing. Tons of things to do, from kayaking to paddle-boarding, the pool is great and all the staff are friendly. There are also restaurants nearby and they are great.

100% recommend to anyone looking to stay near San Pedro.
