Nestle in the north of the island this place is a hidden treasure! The staff are super knowledgeable, kind and accommodating! The rooms are clean, smell so fresh, beds are comfortable!

We went here for our annual trip for 8 days. The resort was nice, the staff was excpetional and the accomodations were OK. The room was cold but the bathroom was very hot. It had a fan but the air was hot. The AC was not curculating in the entire room. I also wasn't impressed with the breakfast food but the resort and Belize has the best Snapper. All the dinners were on point and delious. Belize was on out bucket list---we will probably not return.
The staff is very attentive and the grounds are well kept. The rooms are very comfortable. Grab a cart during your stay and enjoy easy rides to San Pedro town for shopping, dining, and drinks. On the north side of the bridge there are also fun spots like Croc’s, The Truck Stop, and The Garage. Also an easy ride out to Secret Beach from there. Tipsy Lobster and Sol Cafe are great food options for days you don’t want to go anywhere. They are across the street from the resort.
Our stay at Coco Beach Resort was nothing short of magical, and much of that magic came from the incredible staff and the beautiful amenities. Wayne and Alfonzo at the beach bar and restaurant were the absolute best—always cheerful, attentive, and ready to make our dining experience delightful. The entire staff was pleasant, contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the resort.
A special shout-out to Josue, who was a lifesaver when my husband lost his license in the parking area. He also took exceptional care of my elderly parents, ensuring all their needs were met with kindness and efficiency.
The rooms were consistently clean and comfortable, thanks to the diligent housekeeping team. The maintenance and landscaping staff worked tirelessly to keep the property in pristine condition, and the friendly security team ensured we felt safe and well-cared for throughout our stay.
The pools at Coco Beach Resort are a true highlight. With separate areas furnished with two loungers, we always felt like we had our own private oasis. The rock structure featuring a slide and jumps was a hit with my teenagers and younger kids alike. Additionally, the variety of games, including corn hole, ping pong, life-size chess, and the 'hook and ring' game, kept everyone entertained.
Our experience at Sparadise Spa was wonderful and relaxing, offering the perfect retreat within the resort. The entire staff always had a smile and took the time to chat with us, making us feel like cherished guests.
Rochelle in concierge was amazing, helping us set up excursions and restaurant reservations effortlessly. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made planning our activities a breeze.
Coco Beach Resort truly offers a slice of paradise with exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and endless fun for the whole family. We can't wait to return!
Be very careful with this resort! I booked a “full cancellation” fare, was required to pay 50% to hold my room. My plans changed and needed to cancel. I messaged the resort requesting a refund of the 50% paid. They keep giving me the run around on when that amount will be credited. Be aware!
