This is a nice well-run hotel that is close to many museums and places on the National Mall. The staff is friendly and responsive, the rooms are clean and ours had a microwave, fridge, and stovetop which was a money saver and convenience. I booked through Expedia and got a parking discount. Would recommend especially for families.
My family and I had a great experience at the Capitol Hill Hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location — a short walk to the Library of Congress, the Supreme Court, and the Capitol Building. I highly recommend the Capitol Hill Hotel!
Great location, very close to capitol south metro station. Nice to have a kitchenette available, which even had a microwave and dishwasher. Clean and comfortable room. Walking distance to some nice restaurants on Pennsylvania avenue, the library of congress, the capitol, and Trader Joes.
Staff are friendly and location is excellent. Given the neighborhood is loaded with multi-million dollar homes, updates are needed in bathrooms at least and rooms overall. I've stayed her twice but am really disappointed there are no updates going on.
It was a pleasant day. The rooms were clean and quite spacious, everything worked, and everything was nicely in place. The staff was exceptional and the valet parking which I have had difficulties in other hotels was perfect, quick and courteous. This property is highly recommended.
