We spent six nights here in July and enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. We selected a smaller room, but it was a perfectly reasonable size for two people. Conveniently close to Union Station. Many restaurants within walking distance. Housekeeping serviced the room daily (not the case in all hotels since the pandemic). Staff were very pleasant. We enjoyed a good meal at the Dubliner. Espresso martini was delicious.
Negatives: the bathroom counter was very small and could accommodate only a few items. It made getting ready in the morning a challenge. This was a minor inconvenience. More seriously, the inadequate window shades did not keep out the street light. Consequently the room is not dark. It is possibly the least dark hotel room I have stayed in. The shades need to be replaced with blackout shades or blackout curtains should be added. We were tired enough at night that we slept fine, but if you need the room dark, this hotel is not for you.
We would definitely stay here again.
