Stayed at this property shortly after it opened & a few times since, including this overnight when going to a National's baseball game. It is slightly showing its age but still a wonderful stay across the street from the ball park. Electronic check-in & digital key allowed for super easy access to room. Key required to access guest room floors, but anyone can get to the rooftop bar.
King bed room overlooking adjacent park was comfortable. In-room safe, mini-fridge, coffee maker, no microwave, bulk toiletries in shower/bathroom. Digital key worked well except one time accessing the elevator.
Free breakfast was very good, self make-to-order waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries, juices, coffees. Electronic check-out was convenient. Staff appeared professional & helpful for those checking-in with pets, valet parking, luggage.
Will stay again when in the area

Terrible customer service. Tabitha and manager Bobby will laugh in your face and demean when giving constructive criticism. A loud noise over our room every single morning and a huge spider in our bed. Made us feel terrible for sharing with them. Diamond status means nothing at this hotel.

Stayed here last month at the end of July. Room was clean and the service was amiable. Not too far from the Navy Yard metro station and a stone's throw away from Nationals Park (where the Washington D.C Nationals play at). Would stay here again.
