The valet parking smh, difficult to spot the hotel as a tree covers the sign, especially when raining with the streets blocked for the Nats game. Basically, pull up in front to the man in a red shirt and give him your keys. Finally parked and headed upstairs, our digital key would not work, so back downstairs again. The room is small and in need of some maintenance. A shelf in the bathroom was falling off the wall. Perfect location for the Nationals game, with several bars and restaurants nearby. Our key card did not work on the side door to get in after the game. When we come back I will look at other hotels in the area rather than return to Hampton.

Great Location (near Metro, Navy Yard, ballpark, and USMC 8th and I). Lots of places to eat close by and great walking area. Staff very friendly and weather permitting, a full service rooftop bar. Breakfast had something for everyone and a Starbucks is close by.

Fantastic staff. Tabitha was awesome. Everyone was super! Great location near the ballpark. Nice places to eat nearby. Walking distance to sites. Rooms are big and have a nice TV. Great views from the rooftop. I will definitely stay here during my next visit!
