So we decided that we would buy the 2 day to learn the lay of the land. It was a Saturday on Easter weekend. Bought tickets online via web site. It took a while to find the get on spot then had to stand in line for at least half hour. Once on crowed bus the tour started. It was over 4 hours to do the red loop, and they went around the same area twice with no explanation. After spending few days in town discovered we can walk the whole area we covered in 2 hours. Be careful of the day you tour , ask length of loop and ask about any delays. You may find walking will be better and faster. Would look at other options as well! Bicycle are all over if you up for real adventure!

Camille was a fantastic tour guide! If you get a chance to do the night tour definitely ask for Camille. She was extremely knowledgeable and so fun! She had everyone on the bus laughing. Our experience was 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

We did the Red Line Hop On Hop Off and the Night Tour. It’s such an easy way to see a lot of DC.
