We stayed here for a three-day weekend to attend a local graduation, and it was a huge mistake. We were given the handicap room, even though no one in our party needs assistance. It’s obvious they gave us what was leftover. The bathroom situation was completely unacceptable. The sink is in the bedroom so that you keep awake anyone who might be sleeping on a different schedule than you. Because the shower is a handicap shower, the whole shower/toilet room got soaked. We asked for more pillows and towels (to accommodate the wet floor from the shower), and we got a really bad attitude and ended up in a negotiation over how many pillows were acceptable! But the worst part was how dark and dirty our room was. Barely any lighting. I had to use my flashlight app to see what was in my suitcase. Technically, we were on the second floor, but we were really in what felt like a basement apartment looking up with almost no natural light and looking out at a transformer. It was so dark and dingy. The mattress on the pullout bed is incredibly thin. We finally asked to be moved out of the room and were told no, they were at full capacity. So, we suffered through, but yuck. I’ve had bad hotel experiences, but this takes the cake. Will never stay here again.
