The salads are made fresh and mixed by the staff, so you can watch and add/leave out things as they go. The salads are made in a compostable bowl, which is on one hand a huge plus. On the other hand, I wonder why they don't serve them in real plates to save the trash altogether. The fact that they cover the bowl with a plastic lid and give out plastic cups for water ruins the environmental effort altogether.
But the salad was yummy, even if quite expensive ($12+)!
