This place is amazing, perfect rooms , beautiful view, but the service was more than outstanding. Kingsley is the best . Thank you for your help and your excellent hospitality. Thank you Tiffany very nice too.

Do not trust these reviews. This hotel is horrific. It’s like they are pumping the noise from the train tracks (which the hotel is on top of) right into your room through the vents. Never, ever stay here. It’s truly awful. Even if they paid me, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Horrible customer service. I’ve switched all my business travel and most locations have great customer service, this location has horrible customer service and I would chose another Marriott location in DC over this one. I may have to rethink my change if I continue to see this.

Far too expensive for what you get at this Marriott. The lounge is pretty weak and the room was not very clean. Bath towels were weak and thin. The location is just ok, seemed a bit shady all around us. The staff was nice but the rooftop bar is closed on both Sunday and Monday which put a damper on our happy hour.
