It looks like you enjoyed some aspects of your visit and others left some room for improvement. When creating the concept back in 2008, we designed our hotel for 'mobile citizens', contemporary travelers that want to travel the world but still feel at home. We put focus on efficiency, convenience, smart technology and inspiring art as some of the aspects of our "affordable luxury for the people" mantra. There are fewer amenities in the room in order to decrease our plastic footprint and know that not everyone uses it. Any additional amenities, such as conditioner, shaving cream and body lotion are available upon request from our Ambassadors at the Front Desk anytime during your stay. I am sorry you were not made aware of that.
I am sorry to hear that you found the parking fee was a hidden information. I am afraid that we do not offer parking at our hotel and communicate this to all guests via our booking website. We advise using the website SpotHero app to look for parking options nearby. I can fully appreciate it's not ideal if you were expecting to park at the hotel.
Thank you for highlighting the issue with the gym exit, we take it fully on board and will take a look if we should change and emphasize the signage to prevent this from happening to other guests.
