A big dump of snow was due to land in DC and Georgetown was shut! So we decided to eat in the hotel at Bourbon steak.
Great service, great steak and sides, good wine list and desserts . One down side ....the seats in my booth needed to be reupholstered. ( I could feel the springs) apart from that small niggle we had a good evening.

Thank P G

We stayed in the Four Seasons hotel when we were in Washington so we had a few drinks, meals and desserts here. Good vibe, great food and desserts!

Bourbon steak house has great selection of appetizers and entrees for carnivorous and very limited selection apart from side dishes for the vegetarian menu. One of our family member wants his birthday celebration here and it’s an annual event. They bring in nice selection of cheeses with French fries and warm bread rolls while you wait for your dinner to arrive. For non beef eater, Maryland crab cakes or chicken ballottine with truffle are generous in size and delicious. Chef selection of wagu for steak eaters are amazing, both the rib eye or New York strip. For vegetation selection our waiter was creative and brought pasta with truffles. However, chef managed to put excess salt otherwise it was delicately seasoned. Desserts are delicately prepared and scrumptious.

everyone ordered different steaks, medium done and got medium rare instead; it didn’t spoil the evening as steaks were very good and service was even better - manager suggested to prepare new steaks which everyone declined but it was nice that there was such option; the bar next to the dining area was a bit noisy with loud music and we had to speak very loud to be able to talk to each other; nevertheless everyone was happy with dinner; one thing to remember about this place is that the good dinner comes with a heavy piece tag :)
