Super friendly staff. I am torn about the bed. I like a firm mattress but I admit after the 4th night, it was starting to be uncomfortable, it was that firm. Same with the pillows. Overall I was happy with my stay though. Had both a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Fabulous location. The metro isn’t very close, but multiple public transportation options via bus lines, Wharf shuttle etc. which can get you wherever you’d like to go or at least to a good transfer point.

Pillows were a little flat. I used 3 to sleep on. Room is not very big and felt a little tight. The pull out sofa was very very hard for my grand child to sleep on. The breakfast wasn’t bad. There were a good amount to choose from. The staff at the hotel were nice. We were close to the wharf tho!

Hands down the best staff we have come across in all our travels! Perfect location on the wharf with great views and close proximity to restaurants. Easy to catch the metro and right by a Big Bus stop, which made it easy to tour the city. Would definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt House on the wharf (and we are picky travelers!)

Hotel has a great real breakfast, it has a wonderful location, and there's a free SW shuttle to Smithsonian.
There are wonderful restaurants just steps away. And the hotel has a 3-6 pm happy hour. A CVS is just a nearby. The Metro is walkable but I wouldn't do it with luggage.

This is a great location on the Wharf. The rooms are nice with a small couch, microwave, refrigerator, TV, and other amenities. They also have free breakfast. There are plenty on eateries in walking distance including a bar at the hotel. There are also plenty of great views and places to sit.
