It's a small comfortable hotel bang in the middle of Freemantle. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was immaculately clean, with all the expected facilities. The room was in a similar style to the Citizen M chain, very well laid out. The staff were helpful and polite. We would certainly stay again.

Very modern clean and quiet hotel nicely located in the middle of Fremantle… very friendly staff and also well priced… restaurants and pubs and other attractions are within walking distance… easy access and plenty of car parking nearby… nice place we will be going back

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted in a very professional and friendly manner.
Could not believe how clever they were with fitting of the room. (The rooms are made from shipping containers but you would never know it).
Water bottles in the fridge, super comfy bed and pillows, tiny but stylish bathroom.
Reception are also hosts their light breakfast and we had many coffees there relaxing over a newspaper or travel brochure.
Happy hour every afternoon just next door and they serve lovely snacks to accompany your beverage.
First time in Fremantle, a memorable stay for sure at The Hougoumont and I highly recommend.

We stayed at the New House. Everything was perfect, spacious and clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed, fantastic location. So lucky to have found this place! We will definitely be back! P.S. Recomme d booking a car bay with the hotel. It is worth the extra being so centrally located.
