We stayed for 3 nights, have visited this hotel several times normally quite good, but dropped the ball this time.

Our room was located near the outside a/c units which hummed all night, the room itself very dated, needs attention. The room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days, we asked for clean towels on the third day.

Other items missing included toilet brush and bin, I get that they are busy, but attention to detail needs some work, car parking at $30 per night also excessive.

Consider all options when looking at accommodation in Fremantle.

Had a wonderful night with great service. Can't recommend this place enough and looking forward to spending another night. Great location and plenty of food and drink options around. Very friendly staff and lovely spacious and clean rooms.

This is a good location. Easy reach from train, buses and for trips for Swan River or Rottnest Island. Plenty of places to eat and easy walking around seafront and town very flat. Easy to check into hotel, spacious hotel when you enter, places to sit and relax and options of places to eat. Rooms were good ours had a balcony overlooking pool. Bathroom has plenty of space. Has a shower in a bath which may be more challenging for older people as you need to step up to get in. Shower very good. Option to not have room cleaned $10 a night which helps the eco which is a strong point in Australia. Can store bags on last day if necessary hotel helpful.

EBI- Air conditioning temperamental at best, we did get someone to look at it but ended up leaving patio door open as it gets windy in evenings and was cooler than the air conditioning. The hallway was colder.

Two pools but limited sun beds (smaller pool had 6) other one a few more but by early afternoon none available.

Overall an enjoyable stay.
