Very friendly accommodating staff. Rooms are spacious and clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great location to access Fremantle night life. Will definitely be coming back. Thankyou very much Esplanade Hotel

Really lovely room, but the bathroom was really old and mouldy. For the price ($500) I would have liked a clean renovated bathroom and breakfast included. Also didn’t realise at booking we’d need to pay for parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar was lovely.

All Staff excellant. All needs catered for but just one suggestion.
On Friday 15th November there was a cold wind blowing
Each time the front doors opened a blast of cold air swept through the Bar area.
I would suggest a baffle be put across the area adjacent to the Grand Piano to alleviate this problem.
It is quite a problem a d not good if seated eating or at the Bar
Please consider this suggestion from someone who is a very regular visitor

Good location, fairly decent room and clean. Outdoor furniture and balcony was a little disappointing and not appealing to spend time out there.
Biggest issue was the TV didn’t work - would turn on and then video shut off after 30 secs, called reception and they advised no maintenance people on site and could come back and fix at 7am next day, we were leaving by 10am so no point.
Did put quite a damper on our night and was only given 2 free coffees as compensation.
Leaving the parking lot was a hassle as well, took over 20 mins to get out as the camera wasn’t reading the number plates so every car had to call for help.

My wife and I had a one night stay for an event in Fremantle. It was a nice place to stay and very convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very tidy and well presented. Was also nice to have complimentary water and chocolates in the room.
