This is the second time I've stayed here, I'm planning to stay here again when I have my surgery next year. Situated a stone's throw from Fremantle Hospital and very close to the cafe strip, it is so convenient. The B&B itself, is clean comfort and quiet. The staff are very friendly and accommodating 10/10!
Very affordable, King room with modern bathroom and spa bath, which was great! Complementary port was a nice touch. Old-fashioned historic charm to the building. Didn’t need to speak to anyone on weekend to check in, just used the key pads on doors. All instructions were sent by SMS prior. Hidden away on Arundel St, not to be confused with the accommodation next door. Street parking not an issue for us on the weekend, but maybe at other times. Breakfast only until 9am unfortunately and in a small space. Location great though for going out in Freo. Short walk to anywhere. Bottle shop directly across the street. Perfect place for what we were after. Hope to go back. We enjoyed some quiet time sitting on the old balcony reading. Thanks!
We stayed overnight after the One Day celebrations in this beautiful, historical building. We were welcomed by the lovely lady who cares for the gorgeous building. The room we chose to stay in was at the front of the building next to the balcony which is lovely to sit with a coffee or glass of wine. Comfortable bed, clean and tastefully decorated with tea, coffee and a fridge. Excellent value and ideal location close to all the best that Fremantle has to offer. We will be back 😊🙏
It didn't start too well with our designated envelope with entry info having the incorrect name. We received a text message with all the required entry info and on making our way and entering our booked apartment there was someone already there - it was the owners who were told the booking had been cancelled. The owner contacted the reception and we were told we were given the wrong apartment number (?). So we found our 'new' room eventually and it was a great little pad, with all the comforts of home. Very comfortable and accessible to everything Fremantle. Secure parking on-site and clean apartment/flats block..
I stayed here for one night due to going to a conference in Fremantle area. It was the perfect stop off, parking available (although tight in spots!), bed was very comfy, room was well appointed, breakfast was good and I had a very peaceful sleep. I will definitely be back if in the area again and needing a 'no fuss' BnB experience right in the middle of Freo.
