We spent a couple of nights in Riga just after Christmas. We were pleasantly surprised to find a couple of Christmas markets still up and running. The bigger one was in the nearby Dom Square, but this market seemed to have more local vendors selling wares instead of the traditional glog and food items. My wife picked up a couple of nice handmade items from local merchants.
