I was here with my girlfriend from 19th to 23rd of February, service was very good, room was clean with balcony (good for smoking), almost in the center of the town, good kitchen in restaurant below, can only recommend. Pesonnel was also super friendly, thums up for Mr. Marjan.

Excellent location for being central, but sleeping quiet... The rooms are small, but clean....the restaurant in the house is well and has a wonderful place sitting outside under big, old trees. A breakfast bar is 50m away.

Small rooms but clean and comfy. Helpful staff. Welcome coffee maker in communal kitchen area - made early departure bearable! Monster AC units in the rooms were noisy but effective in 40deg heat. Nice cafe / restaurant underneath with, we were informed, the oldest lime tree in Ljubljana. All in all a good enough option.

My only negative was that there was no breakfast option, which would make this a better and more attractive deal. After all, the country-style bar downstairs has all the facilities.

Wasn't sure what to expect - but surprisingly nice. We would certainly return here.
Parking was a concern, but we were offered a private space directly outside. Good sized triple room with a modern shower room. Location excellent - fairly central, but also very quiet (the bar downstairs closed early). Helpful to a fault, from emails to greeting us and handling the invoice - very professional.

Wonderful 'pension' above the restaurant bearing the same name, where you can sit under the shade of the beautiful old lime trees and watch life go by. It is a bit old but there is everything you need, a nice common kitchen with good coffee-making facilities, and the always friendly staff, headed by Majan, who is so helpful and serviceminded. Would prefer a place like this any time to the standard business-type hotels, and the prices are every competitive. You can even park just behind the building for free.

Room Tip: Room no 4 has the balcony! But also the afternoon sun, and it was very hot while I was there.
