We were a group with 50 people (company) and staid for 4 nights. We ate 2 dinners at the hotel.

The staff was very serviceminded and help us with all we need. Nice clean room. Excellent food in the restaurant.

Just a quick walk to the centrum, and quiet sorroundings.

The room was really nothing special, carpeted floor, dull colours, a bit worn. The balcony was nice. The location is fine, close to the beach and the really crowded promenade along the beach (but you cannot actually see the beach from the promenade most of the time). The restaurant was nothing special, in fact the tables were not cleaned (outside on the terrace), we got fish that was definitely not the fish it was supposed to be. Rather boring food. It was raining on the morning and as a result everybody had to eat inside the restaurant which was by far too small for that! It didn't take long before there was a queue and it took some time before the staff cleared the tables. Boring buffet. Staff in restaurant for both dinner and breakfast seemed to include only extra help which looked a bit like they didn't really know what they were supposed to do. The most expensive hotel we stayed in during our tour of Poland, and definitely not value for money, restaurant was also the most expensive without being anywhere near the quality and the service we experienced in other hotels. The last straw was checking out, the lift was out of order and as I was waiting to pay, an elderly couple arrived, the man in a wheelchair. As there was a stairway from the entrance door to the reception, it was difficult even to get to the reception in a wheelchair, so the man managed to get out of the wheelchair, clinging to the railing managed to drag himself up the stairs while his wife (?) dragged the wheelchair backwards up the stairs. Meanwhile, the receptionist was busy doing something else while a colleague of hers was standing there staring at the couple, doing absolutely nothing.

This restaurant was very positive surprise. Nice surroundings and service minded and friendly staff. The only negative was the timing of the serving.
Can warmly recommend this restaurant.
The location is very close to the beach walk but still maybe little forgotten by tourists.

Nice welcome, efficient staff, quick check-in , pleasant room, nice double for single.
Bar closed but was late, almost midnight. Was possible to take a half bottle of wine to room..a little dear.
Peaceful with lovely terrace at the back towards the beach just a minute away. Sunny so took breakfast there, good choice of fruit, yoghurt, cereals etc but coffee not so special. Relaxing lounge and nice atmosphere with some period touches.
Best for just one or 2 nights, then head inland towards Kasubis, little switzerland and stay in small rural hotels with beech shingle roofs, pomeranian pine beams and MUCH CHEAPER prices...look at Postolowo with its fishing lakes, deer forest walks, free bkes, best GOLF in Poland (and in the top 50 in Europe! Try B&B Inn rather than modern hotel.

Room tip: second floor, towards beach
