We were only in Prague for 2 nights so it was important to be in the heart of it all. OMG....this hotel is brilliant and if I ever return to beautiful Prague it will be my top choice again. Our room was just lovely!!! Well above the street, probably 5th floor, it had 2 gorgeous windows with shutters and flower boxes. Our windows looked straight out onto the street and to the iconic church & chiming clock. The Christmas markets were in full swing and it was great to peer out the window and gaze at the people below enjoying Christmas food and mulled wine. We had a wonderful buffet breakfast everyday in the restaurant downstairs, had a very over priced dinner in the rooftop restaurant, which I would return to only for the view and a drink. The amazing cocktail bar in the basement is a must!! However we did feel the waitress was rushing us and service was poor, but the cocktails were amazing and reasonably priced. The live piano man was excellent. We loved this beautiful old boutique hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

There are a lot to say about this hotel. First of all, the location is great, it is right in the heart of the city. But this shouldn't be worry you about the noise because of the location/windows of the rooms, rooms are pretty quiet. We stayed in junior suite and it was very spacious and also clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. And the breakfast is pretty good. Hotel has a terrace restaurant that you can have a nice view with descent food. Also good service jn the restaurant. Also the famous Black Angel's Bar is in this hotel if you wanna complete your trip with the greatest cocktails in the coolest bar. U Prince Hotel is a good hotel especially with money/value wise.

just stayed for 3 nights room 34 i have to say the hotel was lovely rooms large with a large bathroom although ours needed a wider bath as was slippy when wet as it was narrow food very nice slightly overpriced buts its in old town square so its to be expected very efficient on reception and the bar and food area out side was great at night definitely going back

I recommend this for couples who want extra romance feeling in the trip. the hotel is very beautiful and breakfast is amazing. breakfast is good. coffee server at the tables and all kinds of special small finger foods and traditional cakes..minus comes just from the voice of the city.. we had window to the square so voices from the party people during the night sounded bothering. and yes location.. just 50m seriously astronomical clock this is just perfect to hear and see the clock
