Upon reservation (conf 78746871, 78746875), they use first name without salutation to address you as a guest, which I find upsetting. I checked in on 14th August and gave my ID with my date of Birth to check in. I booked there to celebrate my birthday but the team did not acknowledge the special occasion, no greetings, no amenities. I requested for bathrobe and coffee in the room and operator said these are provided upon request and hence not placed in room. Though i requested it, it never came for the entire duration of my request! With only one restaurant operational, the menu is very very limited! Upon check out, i asked cashier to charge my card for all the incds, as rooms were prepaid and return the cash deposit i had made. She charged my card and said the we were good to leave without refunding the cash!!! I asked for the cash again and thats when the FOM on shift went to the back office to get cash to refund. (please feel free to review your call logs from the room and the cctv footage in reception)
Prior to check in i got in touch with the GM of the hotel to address the concern with how the team were addressing their email replies and he wrote back he will meet me on arrival or during my stay, but the GM could not make time to meet me or address my concern during my stay!
Very upsetting stay!
