The bedding was comfortable and the hotel suite was nice and felt like a cabin in paradise. The staff were very friendly and service for anything at the resort was quick. The live music at dinner was a nice touch, not too loud but just enough for ambience.
MUST STAY! Excellent resort in the perfect location to do the underground river tour. For the tour, book through Daluyon and not a third party. They will: handle everything for you such as transfer to the park, permit to enter the park, etc. You get a large delicious lunch at Pakiwan restaurant back at the resort (everything they serve for breakfast and dinner was amazing also), they personally take you to the national park and wait for you, take your pictures (they do it all!) and we were the only ones on the boat ride there and during the tour (this made it extra special). The rooms and beds are very comfortable and spacious. Note: This resort has ocean front rooms, the four points does not. Definitely book a massage for your stay, 10/10. Beautiful place, excellent attentive staff, very serene and quiet, the ultimate paradise. Stay more than one night if your plans allow, you’ll thank me later. Delter was our waiter and he is wonderful. Euca/Eula (spelling?) was our tour guide and checked us out she is so sweet and helpful.
Great stay for the price and quality. Hands down would come here again if I find myself in Sabang.
1. Rooms. We went during off-season so we got a free upgrade. Our room was originally on bottom floor but there were bugs so we got another upgrade and upstairs room which was amazing. Despite the bugs in the first room, the second room (Deluxe) had no issues. Beds and pillows were high quality. I thought the resort's handling of our issues was very well done.
2. Food. The food at Palawan restaurant is on the upscale side and top notch. The kare kare (with pork) and grilled chicken was the highlight for us. They have creative and unique cocktails and mocktails. Wide array of breakfast options - they don't skimp on the quality nor quantity.
3. Activities. Both at the resort and locally. We enjoyed kayaking and stand up paddle boarding for free at the resort. The resort is well connected to tour operators and I found the rates very reasonable considering what services were included. Despite it being inclement weather (Underground River tour was cancelled), we were still able to do the 100 cave tours (which was amazing). The resort arranged everything for us the day of - the tour guide, transportation, and lunch.
4. Staff. It's clear the staff take great pride in ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. Check in and check out was seamless. Upon arriving, we were greeted with drinks and a briefing of the resort that made our welcome feel special. The front desk responded to all service requests, including porter for our luggage, arranging tours, and requesting a new room. Our flight out of Puerto Princesa was delayed and the resort offered us a significantly discounted hourly rate to remain in our room too.

We were in this resort for two nights because we wanted to do the Underground River in a DIY style. I did not have any expectations at all about the resort since this was my last stop of a 5-week long trip in Asia. However, this resort provided such good amenities and outstanding service, which made my trip even more memorable.
What I appreciated most is the staff members. You can tell everyone is proud of their job and is doing their work with such JOY. They were so observant and immediately provided me with help with luggage even when I told them I was okay. Many staff members literally RAN to help me when they saw I might need something. I have never been treated that way in any hotel.
The resort is located next to the beach. And I spent an entire afternoon there. The staff always checked in with me to see if I needed drinks or refreshments. The food at the restaurant was great. I enjoyed the Filipino breakfast and the pork spring rolls the best. Joey and Frezel were two staff members who stood out most. They were so attentive, kind, and humble. When I wanted to switch for a more comfortable chair and I was doing it myself, Joey immediately ran to help me. He wouldn’t let me do it myself. The pool area was very nice. It was big and deep and I am sure any swimmers would be happy with it. There was also a well equipped gym on the premise. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the two big pillows a lot. Though the bathroom could use a bit of improvement, the water pressure was not strong at all and the curtain was hanging a bit too low.
Ivan was at the front desk who checked us in. He was so patient with my friend and I and explained everything in detail. He also helped my friend making photocopies of our passports for the Underground River and scanning a photo we got as a souvenir. I am impressed with how he dealt with difficult guests. On the day of checkout, as I was moving my luggage down the cottage, a staff member ran to help me carry my 32kg luggage. I was totally overwhelmed by everyone who worked there. Coming from the U.S. I am just not used to this kind of hospitality. I highly recommend anyone to stay a few days at this resort when coming to Palawan. You will be treated like royalties.
