I have to start with how thankful I am for the excellent customer service. They were very professional and accommodating, a very good representation of the warm hospitality that Filipinos are known for. From the very start of my booking to our actual stay, Ms Cherry and her team were attentive to our requests. From the guards and tourist guide (sir jimmy) we were very pleased on how they treated us.
We celebrated our special anniversary here, and my partner and I are very happy! Although the amenities need a bit of updating, the design of the resort is very classy even its layout is convenient with all the amenities in and out of the space. Aside from the famous underground river, we were also able to walk to and visit the beautiful Mangrove near the resort.
The beach here is pristine and clean. The rooms are cozy and spacious. The restaurant ambiance was ok, their service was A+ and their filipino menu is very commendable!
We hope many would come and visit this place, and experience Puerto Princesa with this resort.

We loved our stay at Daluyon Resort! It is a beautiful place right on a gorgeous beach. Accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The beds were extra comfy. Good AC if the ocean breeze isn’t enough to keep you cool. It’s less than a 10 minute walk down the beach to the small town of Sabang where there are a couple shops, fruit smoothie stands, bar and restaurants. This is also where the underground river tour starts, very convenient!! We enjoyed the underground river tour and the 100 cave tour-Jimmie took care of us for both these excursions and shared a lot about the natural history of his beautiful home.
The pool is awesome! Beachfront bar and poolside bar are available along with a very good restaurant offering a wide selection of food options. We had great waitstaff including Delter, Jay, and Abigail. The staff here are fantastic! Everyone is So kind and helpful! They took great care of us by arranging our transfer from the airport on arrival and to El Nido on departure. All our needs were met during our stay and we felt very warmly welcomed by all the staff here. I appreciate all the efforts of sustainability and preserving the natural beauty of this community. We definitely hope to visit again!
