If this review was based on our first visit, then it would be in the 'EXCELLENT' category not the 'AVERAGE'!! As it is, this is now our 5th visit & thanks to reception staff, our last!!! On our first visit, a wonderful friendly lady showed us to our room & explained all about the hotel & its facilities. This particular member of staff stands out a mile, when I couldn't switch off the shower due to a techical fault, this wonderful lady apologised & had it fixed within half an hour. Unfortunately though her kindness & customer focused attitude does not extend to most of the other staff on reception. Apart from the lady mentioned & the lovely receptionist currently on holiday, the other receptionists are cold, unwelcoming & unfriendly. The wifi is very poor & we were very unimpressed when a receptionist said that it was our phones that had a problem & not their wifi!!!, utter rubbish!!! On the plus side, the rooms are beautiful, (room 204 the best), the pools, sauna's, gym, solarium, breakfast & restaurant meal's were all fantastic. Special mention for the lovely lady that does the massages, have to say, best massge i've ever had & the young lady was so pleasant, welcoming & friendly. But other things really let this place down, I was told quite abruptly in the restaurant that i could not use my mobile & whilst I completely appreciate the reasons why, not only did nobody explain this beforehand, there is definitely a bit of the old double standards occurring here & possibly also one rule for the locals & one for the tourists as not only have we experienced numerous people using their mobiles in the changing room unchallenged (much worse than in the restaurant!!), there is also a fully clothed gentleman who regularly takes his elderly mother in to the pool & jacuzzi but spends his whole visit using his mobile right next to the pool area!!!, i had to ask him to put his phone away so I could leave the pool without fear of being filmed or photographed!!, very awkward & very unpleasant!!! I also agree with many other reviewers regarding the male to female ratio of spa customers. The larger of the two jacuzzi's is largely dominated by lone, elderly men & as a female, it's a pretty unwelcoming, intimidating, no go area. Many of the men are lechy & leering towards lone females, enough to put you off spa resorts for life!!!, felt very uneasy in the larger jacuzzi without my husband!! All in all, its such a shame, this place has so much going for it but is let down by poor/cold/unfriendly reception staff (bar 2), a lack of consideration for female guests ( If management really cared, they'd consider allocating one of their jacuzzi's & one of their sauna's for ladies only because as it is, it's a male dominated environment & too biased towards what men (mainly old men!) want!!!). Just hope management care enough to take on board these constructive criticisms & make it a great place for everybody!!!

Nice saunas and pools, not super up to date, but all clean and functional. Outside gardens and pools very nice. A little crowded on weekends, but manageable. Good way to spend a few hours relaxing.

It is a nice combination of sauna's and swimming pools, with hot 32 degrees C and cold 18 degrees and vapor hath. Nudity brings quietness and tends to bring people closer with no afterthoughts. Price is average compared with other options. Try it if you are open minded.

Lovely atmosphere, great saunas and steam bath, amazing jacuzzis and a lovely heated outdoor pool to swim under the stars.
They also offer good food.
Very popular amongst locals and tourists.
