Not sure where to start but anyway! This uniquely different oasis of class and discretion is 10 minutes drive from the center of the historic capital city of the “Serrania de Cuenca”. There are only five rooms so abstain if your looking for a mega complex. The rooms are actually individual bungalows with private pool ( big enough for a dip ), fireplace ( lighted prior to arrival ) huge comfortable bed dressed with crisp linen and pillows and a bathroom / shower big enough for a pony jjjj
Ok - I admit that one of the lamps was missing its shade ( Wtf no one is perfect hey but the thought of criticizing this paradise for intransigent stupidities , I’ve read the negative comments on this site , simply annoys me !! The ladies that run this place treat it as a vocation .

BREAKFAST IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST. I’ve included a foto for the gent or lady that enters here to make the booking . Don’t show it to your partner and enjoy seeing the smile on his/her face when it arrives
Hope you enjoy as much as we did

We stayed here for one night, making our way to the south of Spain. We were warmly received, and settled into our villa, where a fire has just been lit for us. We were shown the common area, before being told to make ourselves at home.

The bed was very comfortable and the fireplace was just excellent this time of year. I imagine the same for the pool in the summer!

We loved our stay, so quiet and relaxing. The bungalow was cozy and super comfortable. The breakfasts are incredible, the owner and her daughter super helpful and very accommodating. Everything was clean. Zara made the most delicious curry chicken hojaldre triangles, and the cakes week to die for. We will be back in 2017 without a doubt.

I am very surprised that this unique and beautiful hotel is only rated 4 stars. In my opinion it deserves 5! The casita has many lovely features that included arriving to find a wonderful fireplace blazing in the room, a luxurious modern bathroom ( amazing shower with wall jets and 2 rain forest shower heads) and a beautifully decorated, spacious bedroom with many personal touches. A sumptuous breakfast was delivered every morning. Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to brave a dip in the private pool, but it would be another bonus on a warm day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although this complex is located outside the city, it is a quick drive into the center of
Cuenca. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed in Camelia which was absolutely beautiful-gorgeous décor, comfortable and charming. The owner and staff were so kind and attentive too. They lit our fire every evening then brought an incredible breakfast to the room each morning. This was all home made and served on lovely china with embroidered napkins etc. Included a scrumptious cake each day too! The only problem was that we loved the place so much it was hard to be bothered going out! We had two very happy days in this relaxing place which has been brought together with such care. If we were ever in the area again we would stay without question.

Room Tip: Camelia was lovely
