Great room yes they are a bit dated but they are large and spotless , comfortable bed and a great spa bath. Good hot shower. Check in was Effecient and young lady was happy friendly and thorough . Will definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend . Thanks !
Place is dated needs a refurbishment, room is so dated, but ok for 1 night stayed there for the Ron Fischer show on the 27th which was great, food was much better than last time we were there as well, on the down side they take $200 from our credit card, seems normal these days then added $15 for parking, so now we are out $215, the $200 we are still waiting to get back! they can take in 2 seconds but seems weeks to get back, hope they are going to pay us some interest for this loan?
I came in late due to flying in from overseas after a 21 hour flight. I was jet lagged and just wanted to go to sleep. When I got to my room I dropped my bags and turned on the light . To my dismay when. I reached for the remote on the desk there were two small crawling cockroaches on the desk that were scrambling away from the light. I called for housekeeping but realised they were not working I went to the front desk to report the matter and was moved to another room. To say I was mortified would be an understatement considering the ratings on this place
Have often stayed at this hotel, but this will be our last. The whole hotel needs a big deep clean, the exhaust above the shower was filthy, outside the lifts was so dirty, including the sofas and corridors, and the whole room did not have a clean look. We were given a room overlooking a rooftop over the pool, no views, no balcony, even though it didnt look full at all. And if you like a very expensive not worth for your money, eat at the restaurant. The staff were lovely in the restaurant, who were totally overworked, the whole two of them that I saw! Location and parking are great to us, but after this stay, we will be looking elsewhere for accommodation.

The room is equipped with premium furnitures and fittings. The bed is firmed and duvet is soft. I dont get backache after sleeping as compared to other hotel.
The small touch like daily replenish of mineral water and kitkat just melted my heart and I appreciate it. The hotel is clean and well designed. Has a outdoor pool and fitness room too.
The downside is location, you need to have car! There is not such around the area.
Nevertheless, I dont mind coming back to stay again as I felt so spoiled and pampered there 😀
