Extremely angry
I live 10 mins from this hotel
I decided to book in for 2 nights for some self care as I really y wanted a spa I booked and paid for a suite with spa bath and pool view the only reason I booked was for the spa
However when I arrived I was told there are no suites with pool views
I went up to my room ran the spa and guess what It didn't work thought I was doing something wrong as it was late and I was tired I called down and was told it should work fine so in the morning I tried again still nothing spoke tonreception again and was told once I went out they would send someone to fix it
I recieved an email to say it was fixed
When I returned I ran the spa yet again and still didn't work called reception and the man came to look he tried a gee things and still did not work he said he could put me in another room to use the spa but I could sleep in this room
Now to me this was silly plus I was standing in a towel with all my clothes in the washing machine and I wasn't about to do a towel run through the hotel
I have wasted 2 nights in a hotel when I could have been home in my own bed all for a spa that does not work and wasted my money
Now I have just woken up and the room is flooded the man who came last night had turned the tap on to try fill the spa more too see if thay would work however turns out he did not turn the tap off fully and I'm standing in a puddle of water the pastiche mat was. Covering the drain he had moved it to neal on
I'm so angry I slipped in the bathroom to try pull the plug and banged my head and have hurt my back
This is not self care OT has been sabotaged
