Had lunch there recently with 3 friends. I only wanted a light lunch, so opted for the bruschetta (~$15), which had NO tomatoes at all -- instead, it comprised avocado, smoked salmon, and caperberries on sourdough bread (not toasted or grilled as far as I could tell, which was a bit disappointing as the bread quickly went soggy).
Service was fine. The views were great, but it's a shame they couldn't use a higher level for the restaurant when they designed the building.
