We went there for tea Tuesday evening and we're delighted with the food. They do more than pizza but in the end after seeing a pizza come out we decided to have one. It was delicious it was actually one of the best I have ever had. The staff were friendly and the service very good. Much better than the other eateries in Kingscote.

Beautiful pizza in a lovely setting, with lovely staff. Really enjoyed the food and we were really glad we dined there. Better option than Ozone.
Called in here for a lunch on our 5 day stopover I had a beef burger hubby had chicken burger oh what a surprise best burgers we have had in long time would highly recommend this place for anyone to stop and have a meal great service as well
We came here to have lunch and we enjoyed our pizza and pasta specials.
They clearly seem to struggling with more people and the service was not very attentive. People had to wait at the counter to pay and the same person at counter was serving and doing coffees. They are clearly short of staff.
Their food is good so that made up for the average service. Muffins and danishes were amazing.
Worst, worst, worst customer services!! This cafe or whatever you call is not even worth single star!! We , a group of 20 tourist went there for coffee (6th Oct , 4.30-5 pm), the two employees or owners who took the order were very rude, or clearly racist!
He & the lady managing the counter behaved rude and clearly showed anger on their face, maybe they have never saw so many customers at one time in their entire business life!!
Guys, if you cant handle customers or be customer friendly, then my advice to you is, better close down your business and do something thats suits your unfriendly customer service attitude.
For all tourist visiting KI - Kingscote , Kangaroo Island, please stay away from this cafe!

I'm sorry you feel the service you received was rude it was not intended to be. You did come in at 6:00pm on a Saturday night and we were in the middle of a very busy school holiday period. We were quite busy and were simply trying to make your coffees as quickly as possible with our little 2 head machine. Our counter staff were trying to ensure that all the orders were taken accurately as half your group ordered for each other which can sometimes end in people not receiving what they wanted. It was a bit of a stretch for the old compact machine and we are looking forward to our new full size machine arriving in the next few weeks. Please accept my apologies for leaving you dissatisfied with our business, it was never our intention. One thing I would like to emphasize is that no member of our team is racist in any way, shape or form. My family is a cross culture family and we would never expect our children to be treated any differently from any other person. I will never tolerate any racism in my personal or business life.
