We bought lunch from here to take on our hole in the rock boat trip. It was average to say the best. Shame there isn’t other places available in Paihia to get food for a day trip out. Very disappointed. Higher prices and skimpy fillings in sandwiches and rolls. Not very appetising.

I love the bakery - really fresh bread, pies and cakes, baked on the premises every day. Willie's pies are packed with flavour and you are spoilt for choice will all the different varieties of bread. Also has fresh sandwiches. Don't miss this hidden gem in Russell.

We got rolls and club sandwiches, cakes and pastries most days to take with us to the beach, or on trips. Delicious and great value.

The smell as you enter says it all. Clearly freshly-baked whatever you order. And tastes delicious. We stopped by on a road trip and had a feast of a lunch by a lake a few hours later.

Friendly, one of few choices open between in afternoon. Good value. We had sandwiches a slice, muffin and coffee. All good.
