My wife and I had lunch here for my 65th birthday. The food was wonderful, particularly the seafood sharing platter. Although we didn’t have a pizza, the ones that we saw looked very appetising, straight out of the wood-fired pizza oven. The location couldn’t have been better with splendid views over the vines and across the bay to Paihia. Finally, the service was both attentive and professional. I highly recommend a lunch here. We will return!

Wonderful water views across the vineyard, especially on a sunny day.

The seafood platter for 2 was great, very fresh with lots of variety - highly recommended.! You definitely won’t leave hungry.

Tip: If you order the $16 tasting flight of 4 wines (2 whites, a rose and a red), you’ll get $10 off if you decide to buy a bottle of wine to take home with you. This wasn’t immediately obvious when we visited, and we only found out by accident.

Such a beautiful location to spend time eating great food with drinking amazing wines and great service as well. I went midweek which meant the team could spend time discussing the wines and the vineyard with us as I can imagine it would be very busy on the weekend. The shared platters are delicious and plentiful, the pizzas are tasty, could do with a bit more toppings and the sweet plate are just perfect to share to end the meal. The buildings and grounds are incredible and when the gardenia hedge is in flower would be so pretty. We had a wonderful afternoon and highly recommend

My wife and I recently shared The Omata Kitchen Platter with a bottle of the estate Rose. The platter was varied in tastes with cheeses, meats, dips, crackers, bread etc - more than enough to share. The wine was excellent and made for a lovely way to spend a relaxing afternoon enjoying the amazing views. Worth a visit.
