We were a family of 6 ( 2 senior citizens, 2 adults and 2 infants) and had booked 2 rooms for a night. Le Merdien was supposed to be just a pit stop on the way to Pushkar, but it turned out to be the best part of entire trip.. The stay couldn't have been better... The hotel stands out for its service. The staff were extremely helpful. The food was very tasty. The breakfast buffet spread is huge..we had some of the best south indian food ever- the best sambhar i have tasted ( coming from a south indian this is a compliment!). We were travelling with two 7 month old infants who had special dietary needs. The staff went out of the way to ensure that the babies got the food that they liked. We had to leave around 11:30 from the hotel..the staff was thoughtful enough to pack lunch for our journey.

Loved every minute of our stay here! Thanks for making our stay memorable

We visited Le Meridian Jaipur in Jan’18.
Perfect welcome as you enter the beautiful palace, flowers shower on you, the actual “Maharaja’s type welcome”.
Greeted with welcome drink.
We had a 3 villas for ourselves, 302, 303 & 305 (as i could recall), amidst all the luxuries one can get there.

Not to forget, Warm welcome and assistance in every aspect received from the Duty Manager, Ms. Chandani !
Really appreciated. Kudos to her and the team.

10/10 undoubtedly.

We were there for a family wedding Christmas week 2017. Well run and customer care focused team. Good breakfasts/services
The only area of concern was the poor check in procedures for guests - especially for foreigners who had to go through cumbersome visa and passport verification formalities not typical for high end hotels in India (the benchmark being the Taj,Oberoi, ITC chains.) No separate Marriott Gold check in now that Starwood is part of the Marriott chain
They needed some prodding about improving customer care especially since the whole hotel was reserved for the wedding and the guests were known

Room Tip: Take the villas or the suites Overall all the rooms were good
