Did the beginner ride and wasn’t disappointed. Was shown how to handle our horses before setting out. Great staff and a very friendly and professional operation.

Our family of five did the (beginners) trail walk which went for 1hr, this was perfect. On arrive here you are taken back by the picturesque of your surroundings and made to feel at home straight away. Very easy to mount your horse with the use of a large log to step from. We had three instructors with us which helped due to younger children in the group. On our trail we even spotted quite alot of kangaroos. All the horses where in amazing condition and the instructors talked about how much they enjoy working there. We hope to visit again next trip to Marg River.

We booked in for a three day trek. We knew it was glamping, but it's a five star bush camp. With a treehouse. Go to the website. Look at the photos now imagine it really is as good as it looks. Paul used to represent Australia at polocrosse and as he travelled the world seeing all the equestrian centres crammed with tourists an idea started. He came home to his struggling dairy farm and with his wife Fiona converted his passion to something for all to enjoy. Fiona adds the flair, from having a snuggly blanket in the tree house ( adult sized!) To organising a pianist to play during cocktails one night. The focus is on everyone having a great time.

Unlike most horse for hire places, his horses come first. They are consequently, kind well educated and responsive. Paul's teaching ability, all the more effective as it's disguised as casual conversation, is impressive. He got my husband, a life long abstained and motorbike rider on a ride. And providing your not an entitled fool, nothing is too much for them. Hospitality is built into their bones. Also Paul's firefighting techniques is the best you'll see this side of an alien invasion. You will NOT be disappointed.

Most horseriding places look pretty rough, basic and even neglected but Jester's Flat is so lovely. They give you both helmets AND boots. The horses are beautiful. There is an enormous halved tree trunk for mounting your horse easily. The guides were excellent - they took care in assigning horses to riders and gave everyone basic pointers on horseriding. They were friendly and appeared to enjoy their job! We did the 1hr Country Lane tour which was beautiful, saw lots of kangaroos up close too which was a bonus.

Outstanding and highly recommended. Took my seven year old daughter for her first ride and the staff were excellent and highly attentive given her first time nerves. Horses were clearly loved and well cared for. Will be back!
