Beautiful park with scenic view of nature, chairlift ride is fun. May find some wallabies at the top of the ride, but must cover the rest to the top by foot, hiking shoes will be a good choice.

My family and I went on the Chairlift and we struck by the amazing scenery. It was so peaceful as we travelled over the pool area and the Gorge. We opted for the round trip. But stopped on the far side so we could explore a bit with the kids before riding back. Almost wish we had walked back but the kid's preferred the ride!

We thoroughly enjoyed the picturesque views travelling in the chairlift up to the peak and back again. Having a good grip of your belongings is highly advisable and any loose fitting hats as it is quite windy. Once at the top we had a break at the Tea House and were stalked by gangs of peacocks intent on pecking at any food you might be holding. Whilst sitting at a table, I was leaning away from an approaching peacock only to find another waiting for several superfast pecks to my ice cream from behind. Quite intimidating really, and they were encouraged by tourists feeding them despite several signs telling you not to.

great views from the chairlift as long as you are not scared of heights and it's a lovely sunny day for a lovely birds eye view of the gorge
