I was traveling through Toowoomba on Business and stay here for the night. The executive room is faultless. Nice big Pillow Top Bed, spacious unit - all the mod cons and a huge shower - best night sleep I have had in ages. Tip - order the scrambled eggs with sausage for Breakfast it was Delicious

My husband and I enjoyed our 1 night stay in this very clean, well appointed ,motel on 26/09/2018. We were able to check in early at 12.30 as our room was ready which was a bonus.Staff were welcoming and milk /coffee/tea was provided. Also biscuits, shampoo, conditioner, soap and make-up remover. The motel is located opposite a large shopping centre and on a main road. We stayed in room number 10 which is to the rear and we did not hear any traffic noise and had a great sleep on the comfy bed which had a fluffy bed topper for extra comfort and nice pillows which were spotlessly clean [ yes, I am fussy, I did check inside the pillow cases before I slept on them!] The room in fact smelled of cleaning products when we entered,so it was nice and fresh. Bar fridge in room, no safe, very powerful shower with plenty of hot water for 2 ,fluffy towels, only 2 clothes hangers so take some if you need to hang lots of clothes, the room is large and has a long bench, with a mirror, if you are getting ready for a wedding etc and want to put on make up for more than one person. Our room had a queen and a single bed. We will definitely stay next time we visit Toowoomba. Thanks.

Room tip: rooms to the rear are quieter.....less traffic noise.

Overnight stay at Clifford Gardens, couldn’t find a fault
Room was large, beds were comfy
Ten out of ten for cleanliness
Staff were friendly and helpful
Even though it’s a busy road, noise was minimal
Value for money
Shopping centre across the road
Will definitely stay here again

We recently stayed at Clifford Gardens. We booked a family room for my, dad and the three kids, and and adjoining room for the grandparents. The kids room had three single beds and was very spacious. The rooms were clean and quite large. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were part of a much larger group for a family wedding. Having the shopping centre directly accords the road was great, we walked over to get our hair done and all the other things we needed to do over the weekend.

After asking a young woman and man how long they would take to vacate the disabled park I was told in no uncertain terms that they would move their when they were good and ready as I hadn't paid for the park. You can imagine my disbelief and disgust when I went to the reception to see if they could assist in moving the vehicle only to be greeted by the very same man. Management should be ashamed that they staff with this attitude. I paid for the disable room be as I had a disabled friend staying with me, regardless of this the attitude displayed by both the man and woman towards a paying customer was disgraceful. Disability's are not a choice, attitudes towards disabled persons and their needs are. SHAME ON YOU BOTH!!!

Room tip: If selecting the Disabled Room ensure you take bollards with you to prevent staff from parking in park.

You spoke to myself in regards to the room you initally booked. As we were fully booked that night I told you the room we had was out the front. When we spoke there was no mention of you requiring the disabled room and I had notes left on the booking to ensure that the other managers that were here, knew this was the room you had booked as we do not usually book that room. It was due to the graciousness of a fellow manager that she placed you in the disabled room at no additional cost. You also informed the other manager if someone was wheel chair bound that you would vacate the carpark and move elsewhere.

Regardless, as you would have noticed I was moving my baby out of the car after our time off. We did not appreciate you abusing myself or my husband as he came out to actually move the car. As you would notice on every review we recieve we are always commended on our staff and managements treatment of customers. We do not tolerate abuse and this is why you are no longer allowed to stay with us.
