On a recent stay in Newcastle we braved the early morning chill and walked along the Memorial Walk starting near Bar Beach. It was well worth the effort as the sun rose. We saw dolphins in close and whales further out - awesome. Easy walk for all the family with great views and good cafes nearby as a reward !

The views along this are incredible and the positioning off the bridge area was well thought out.
the walk subject to you fitness level can start along the Newcastle foreshore and continues along the Nobby's, Newcastle beaches through King Edward Park and up to the lookout with views all the way
