I often do this walk with my friends or family. It has fantastic views and a fantastic view platform to spot whales on their annual migration or the local dolphin population that often surf the waves or just cruise on by gracefully.

Thank Julie L

Awesome Newcastle attraction especially on Anzac Day. Went to the Dawn Service and enjoyed the walk and the views

Fantastic views and historical info! Great walk to do day it night. We did the walk at night and the lighting was good. There are also plenty of people around in the warmer months making it feel quite safe.

A wonderful walk and also a tribute to those who served in World War 1. Great view out to sea and also back to the mountains behind Newcastle. If you are lucky you might even see whales at the right time of year.

This structure is wonderful for a number of reasons is a great place to reflect on 1st world war and all those people who went although the names need to be highlighted more and the view is wonderful over ocean and coast also good place to whale watch.
