Fantastic views and historical info! Great walk to do day it night. We did the walk at night and the lighting was good. There are also plenty of people around in the warmer months making it feel quite safe.

A wonderful walk and also a tribute to those who served in World War 1. Great view out to sea and also back to the mountains behind Newcastle. If you are lucky you might even see whales at the right time of year.

This structure is wonderful for a number of reasons is a great place to reflect on 1st world war and all those people who went although the names need to be highlighted more and the view is wonderful over ocean and coast also good place to whale watch.

Parking at the top was great and fairly easy the walk was easy and the view was spectacular reading the names of the anzacs and seeing where people had polished the names of the fallen family members gave it a cared for feeling, with the wind at your back you can feel a vast sense of space, you can take a deep clean breath and let it all soak in.

We started our day in Newcastle with a walk along the memorial walk. The views over the water are great, pram friendly and overall a really good way to start the day!
