We booked for 8 people on the Saturday of the labour day weekend after seeing an inxs tribute band was playing. The bistro was extremely busy, and after placing our order for dinner, we had barely sat back down and our orders arrived at that table. Considering 1 of our group had ordered well done steak, I think the food here must be precooked. My husbands lamb cutlets were fairly dried out and my crumbed fish was barely warm.
More disappointment followed with the "show" it was situated in a very small room with only a few tables,we gave up and sat outside hoping to hear from there. Due to the fairly heavy promotion of the band there were a lot of patrons in the same boat.
If you like playing the pokies by all means try Rich River, otherwise give it a miss.
